Data Operations Lead, Capture Network (LATAM)
Build the Latin America capture network, close to where the work actually happens.
About the role
You will build and run our capture network across Latin America — the partners, the sites, and the standards that decide whether footage is usable. You will take a buyer's specification and turn it into shoots that local teams can actually execute, then hold quality before anything reaches a customer. Much of the value of this role is judgment: knowing which partner can deliver a given trade, what a realistic volume looks like, and when to reject a batch. You will work closely with the US side so that a buyer experiences one consistent supply, not two regional ones.
What you'll do
- Recruit, onboard and manage capture partners across LatAm markets
- Translate buyer specs into local shoot plans — scenes, trades, coverage targets
- Own quality at source: sampling, acceptance criteria, feedback to partners
- Keep standards aligned with the US network so delivery looks the same either way
What we're looking for
- Field operations experience in the region, ideally with distributed contractors or crews
- Fluent Spanish; Portuguese a strong plus
- Comfortable rejecting work that doesn't meet spec, and explaining why
- Nice to have: data collection, annotation, or media production background
